Holly is currently undertaking a Masters in Archaeology with a focus on Bioarchaeology at the University of Southampton after finishing her undergraduate degree this summer. Her dissertation was titled; "The Unquiet Dead: An Analysis of Anglo-Saxon Deviant Burials Within Hampshire" that focused on burials that had unusual attributes, specifically those that saw violence inflicted on young women. Holly has been on several excavations, including one focusing on Nonsuch Palace, a favourite home of Elizabeth I. She is currently researching for her Master's dissertation focusing on health and disease within female populations in the early Medieval period.
